Shipping Policy

 Order Confirmation

After placing an order with an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items you ordered and your shipping information. Please read over this email to ensure all information is correct and contact us promptly after discovering these mistakes in order for us to fix the problems. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email with 24 hours of the order being placed, be sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please note that we order our T-Shirts and hoodies on a per-order basis. Which means as soon as you place an order, we outsource the production to a third party company that we work in tangent with. Those products then get shipped to our location for packaging & handling to ensure the product arrives to you in pristine and timely fashion! However keep in mind that during peak periods and holiday seasons, that processing and shipping may take longer and we thank you for being patient with us!

Also keep in mind that Darn Productions does not ship Worldwide as of yet. We do apologize and recommend that you sign up for our newsletter to receive any information regarding global shipping policy changes.

Tracking

All T-Shirts and Hoodies come with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email as soon as they depart for shipping, the packages are then handles by your local postal service. you’ll be able to track the package on your local postal services website that corresponds with your tracking number. If the tracking is interrupted or shows signs of incomplete delivery, contact your local postal service BEFORE contacting us for additional details.

Return / Exchange / Refund

  • If you received the wrong or a damaged product from Darn Productions, please contact customer service as soon as possible. So that we can make sure the situation is resolved for you..

    In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

    Please keep in mind that:
    • Returning and Reshipping costs will be at your expense.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition withing 14 days of the day received.
    • We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any issues.
    • Any damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we received them, at your expense.
    • Sales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit.
    • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Only T-Shirts, and Hoodies are eligible for return and exchange.
